Scheduling an appointment – I know you have run into this problem- you are trying to set up an appointment with your favorite customer and end up going back and forth trying to nail down a time to meet. Well, a client of mine shared that frustration and asked if there were any tools online that would allow her to show her available time and let her client pick the day and time that works for them.
Yes, there are a lot of options and of course, there are some that are better than the rest. IN a later post I’ll choose aIn t few of the better systems and share them with you here.
In the meantime, I decided to test out a few next few months. and report back here.
The first is a site called Calendly. It is one of the easier sites to set up and use. One of the key elements if Calendly is the ability to sync with Google Calendar ( and a few others. ) This is important as it would be a pain in a$$ to have to enter appointments in two separate places. Once connected to your Google Calendar Calendly checks the calendar and blocks out the time you have already scheduled. Then when your site visitor picks an open date and time, you will be notified of that. You need to approve adding the meeting ( Confirm the date and time ) before the meeting is placed on your calendar.
